Before any work begins, we ensure that all expectations, project scope, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and mutually agreed upon. We encourage open communication at every stage to ensure your satisfaction and welcome your feedback throughout the development process.
If you have any concerns or are not satisfied at any point, please contact us immediately. Our Australia-based team is always available to address any issues and work with you toward a resolution.

We are dedicated to providing you the best services, but there are times when things may not go as planned. We try our level best to ensure that there are no situations where you are unsatisfied with the services delivered. However, if due to unavoidable circumstances you are unsatisfied, please contact us at the earliest and we will assist you in finding a solution through mutual consent.
If you find that your website package is not as committed, get in touch with us within 15 days from the activation date of your hosting service. Upon receiving your email, our Australia sales team will contact you and try to provide the services as promised at the time of order. If you are still not satisfied, your hosting payment will be refunded and your services will be deactivated.
For domains, there will be no refund once it is registered or renewed in Australia.
