Customers of australiawebsoft.com and all new customers upon signing up for australiawebsoft.com services, agree to comply with australiawebsoft.com Terms of Use (TOU). australiawebsoft.com reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of its TOU at any time without notice. Any complaints about a customer's violation of the TOU should be sent to support@australiawebsoft.com .

  1. australiawebsoft.com does not allow websites related to gambling, fraudulent activity, phishing, or anything illegal under Australian law.
  2. australiawebsoft.com does not allow websites hosting pornographic content, adult websites, or any other illegal content under Australian regulations.
  3. australiawebsoft.com does not allow the distribution of pirated software, music, or other copyrighted content. Any violation will result in removal from our servers without notice, and australiawebsoft.com will not be responsible for data loss.
  4. australiawebsoft.com does not allow websites that defame individuals, religions, communities, or organizations. Accounts violating this will be terminated immediately.
  5. Any customer using our services for illegal activities will have their account terminated immediately without refund.
  6. australiawebsoft.com prohibits bulk/spam emailing from our SMTP servers. Accounts found sending spam will be terminated.
  7. australiawebsoft.com  does not allow spamming from our servers in any form.
  8. Email services are for personal or business use only. Customers are responsible for any misuse of their email accounts.
  9. Unlimited hosting plans must be used for website purposes only. Data unrelated to websites is not permitted. Contact sales for customized plans for storage or desktop applications.
  10. Inode count represents files on your account. If the inode limit (200,000) is reached, new file creation will be blocked including incoming emails.
  11. Databases must be hosted from our servers. Remote database hosting requires contacting our sales team for customized solutions.
  12. Resource-heavy or poorly coded scripts will be suspended until fixed and approved by our technical team.
  13. australiawebsoft.com upgrades servers and software periodically. Scheduled downtime notifications will be sent 24 hours in advance and usually last 30-60 minutes.
  14. australiawebsoft.com is not responsible for customer-created scripts. Customers must verify their scripts work properly on their websites.
  15. australiawebsoft.com is not responsible for customer files and data. Customers must maintain their own backups.
  16. Customers must provide complete and valid contact details including phone numbers.
  17. Customers must verify their mobile numbers. Services may be suspended until verification is completed.
  18. australiawebsoft.com reserves the right to request valid identity and address proof (Passport, Driver License, or Government ID) for verification.
  19. Free domains (e.g., .tk, .cf) are not allowed as primary or addon domains.
  20. Expired hosting accounts may be reactivated after payment. Customers should backup data before expiry.
  21. australiawebsoft.com deletes expired hosting accounts 15 days after expiry. Data will not be recoverable.
  22. This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.
  23. australiawebsoft.com  reserves the right to terminate free trial accounts at any time without notice.
  24. australiawebsoft.comreserves the right to terminate accounts with 15 days notice via email.
  25. In any dispute, the area of jurisdiction will be Sydney, Australia.
  26. Terms & Conditions may be updated without prior notification.
